Niobrara Capital Partners Closes Inaugural Founders Fund and Related Vehicles With Over $1.5 Billion in Committed Capital

Niobrara Capital Partners (“Niobrara”), a New York-based private equity firm focused on investing in business-to-business technology and tech-enabled services companies, today announced the successful final close of Niobrara Founders Fund L.P. (together with its parallel funds, the “Fund”) with total committed capital of over $1.1 billion, and over $1.5 billion including related co-investment vehicles.

With the Fund, Niobrara will continue to execute its focused investment strategy, partnering with corporates, exceptional founders and management teams to scale businesses in the B2B technology ecosystem. Niobrara invests in middle-market B2B technology companies that it identifies as first or second derivative beneficiaries of key technology megatrends, and seeks to drive these companies to become durable leaders within their subsectors.
