AUSTIN, Texas – October 19, 2026 – Veravas, Inc., an Austin-based clinical diagnostics company focused on early detection and prognostic screening for Alzheimer’s disease and other neurological conditions, today announced the appointment of Michael Willoughby as Chief Executive Officer, effective today. He succeeds cofounder John Forrest, who will remain on the Board of Directors.
Board member Aaron Chalekian has been named Chairman.
