Hollywood International Screen Awards™ Announces Honorees and Presenters for September 12 Celebration

Arthur Allan Seidelman, Luke Madsen, Paris Dylan, Jennie Marie Pacelli, David Jay Lasky and Billy A. Reyes will be honored during an evening celebrating screen storytelling, creative achievement and exceptional talent.

The Hollywood International Screen Awards™ (HISA™) will bring together filmmakers, content creators, artists, entrepreneurs and entertainment-industry guests on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. to celebrate excellence in screen storytelling, creative innovation and exceptional talent. The evening will be hosted by newly appointed Hollywood International Screen Awards™ Ambassador David Jay Lasky, who will receive the evening’s Champion for Change: Women in Hollywood Award. Joining him as co-host will be HISA™ Event Producer Sage Stevens.

Lasky is a producer and screenwriter whose recent credits include serving as an executive producer on Street Smart, directed by Catherine Hardwicke, and as a co-executive producer on the documentary How to Build a Truth Engine, executive produced by George Clooney and Grant Heslov.

The Renaissance Artist Award will be presented to two-time EMMY nominee Paris Dylan, honoring the creative determination it takes to pursue a career in Hollywood and forge a lasting path in the entertainment industry.

Acclaimed filmmaker and industry veteran Arthur Allan Seidelman will receive The Impact in Action Award, honoring a distinguished creative professional whose sustained body of work, leadership and influence have made a meaningful contribution to the entertainment industry. Seidelman’s career spans film, television and theatre. He directed Arnold Schwarzenegger in his first feature-film role in Hercules in New York. His extensive credits include Hill Street Blues, Magnum, P.I., Murder, She Wrote, L.A. Law. His honors include two Emmy Awards, a Primetime Emmy nomination for directing Hill Street Blues, a Peabody Award, a Humanitas Award, a Writers Guild of America Award and recognition from numerous international film festivals.

Luke Madsen is an actor and poet continuing his family’s creative legacy. He is the son of the late Michael Madsen, known internationally for his performances in films including Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill and Donnie Brasco. Luke Madsen’s credits include Michael Madsen’s Video Diary (Hell Ride) and American Badass Chronicles. Madsen will be the recipient of the Future of Hollywood Award.

Director Billy A. Reyes, who comes to Hollywood from Spain, will receive The Spotlight Award for his work on the short films The Cemetery and The Babysitter, both films have earned festival recognition for its direction, with The Cemetery receiving additional accolades for the acting performances from its two leads.

Screenwriter, TikTok comedian, and Asian-American actress Jennie Marie Pacelli will receive the Writer’s Vision Award for her screenplay No Angels in Hollywood. The award recognizes a writer whose creative perspective and commitment to storytelling bring an original vision from the page to the screen. No Angels in Hollywood stars Pacelli alongside Septimius Award-nominated Australian actor Nathan Sapsford and features Paris Dylan.

The ceremony’s presenters will include:
_Jade Marx, actress featured in Clint Eastwood’s True Crime, E!’s Mrs. Eastwood & Company, and granddaughter of legendary comedian Groucho Marx.
_Amber Martinez, American actress, and producer.
_Charis Michelsen, actress, producer, beauty industry innovator, with deep Hollywood ties. She is known for Sundance-acclaimed independent film High Art, Martin Scorsese’s Bringing Out the Dead, and Academy Award-winning Wonder Boys.
_Martinez has appeared across film and television in projects including WandaVision, as well as the Apple TV+ original series Surfside Girls.

Together, the awards recognize emerging talent, distinctive creative voices, standout presence and individuals whose work and influence have produced meaningful, demonstrable impact.

The event will also celebrate the official launch of The Vital Few™, a platform powered by the 80/20 principle and centered on greater efficiency and maximum impact.
