Schall, Brown & Schwartz, a national litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of purchasers of health and wellness products produced and sold by Amare Global Holdings, Inc. (“Amare”) that falsely claim to treat and improve symptoms of medical conditions such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD in children and adults, for violations of state consumer protection laws.
Amare, directly and through brand partners, promote their products on social media, including TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube, and represent that their products, including Happy Juice Pack, Kids Mood+ and Kids Happy Juice, increase and normalize neurotransmitters to improve symptoms of a range of mental conditions. On June 2, 2026, the FTC filed a complaint against Amare for its false, misleading and unsubstantiated claims that its products can treat or improve mental health symptoms, which seeks a permanent injunction to halt all marketing and sales of Amare’s products. See FTC v. Amare Global Holdings, Inc., Case No. 2:26-cv-05900 (C.D. Cal.).
If you purchased Amare’s Happy Juice Pack, Kids Mood+ or Kids Happy Juice products from June 30, 2023 through the present click here to participate.
