Avanti Capital, a private, multi-generational family office, today announced the establishment of The Foundation in the United States. This marks a new chapter in the family’s long-standing philanthropic legacy and creates a stronger platform for future charitable impact.

Established in the U.S. on March 25, 2026 and now based in Boca Grande, Florida, The Foundation represents the continuation of a multi-generational mission that has evolved alongside the family itself. Previously based in Switzerland, the organization has now been repositioned in the United States to align with the family’s current base of operations and support its next phase of growth.

As the family prepares to introduce the organization’s official name and brand identity, it will continue to be referred to as The Foundation.

For Avanti Capital, the move reflects more than a structural change. It signals a renewed commitment to philanthropy as a core part of the family’s long-term vision. As a private family office, Avanti Capital was built to create stronger alignment around shared values, disciplined stewardship, and enduring impact. That same framework is now being used to support and expand the family’s philanthropic work for future generations.

The Foundation’s next phase will continue to honor the legacy of Viviana “Vivi” Khazzam, whose interests in geroscience, longevity, brain science, and education helped shape the family’s charitable direction. At the same time, the family sees this transition as an opportunity to refine and expand the mission in ways that reflect its shared values and long-term aspirations.

“We are dedicated to sharing with others the philosophy that Vivi shared with us, and the new generation of our philanthropic mission will be more impactful than ever before,” said Stella Khazzam Hobbs on behalf of the family.

As The Foundation builds its U.S. presence, Avanti Capital plans to continue developing its philanthropic strategy with a focus on meaningful, long-term contributions across research, education, and initiatives that strengthen communities. The family views this moment as the beginning of a larger effort to grow its charitable work over time and deepen philanthropy as a defining part of its legacy.
