StructureFlow, the leading provider of Structural Intelligence technology, today announced that Neal Chatrath has joined its senior leadership team as President. Based in New York and reporting into Tim Follett, Founder and CEO, Chatrath will lead StructureFlow’s global commercial function and revenue growth, with a particular focus on accelerating the company’s direct presence among private equity firms, hedge funds, investment banks, and other dealmaking organizations across the private capital ecosystem.

Neal Chatrath, President of StructureFlow
In his new role, Chatrath will oversee commercial strategy and global revenue growth, deepen relationships with existing clients, and build a broader community of StructureFlow users and industry participants. He will also help expand the company’s regional team, strengthen its go-to-market infrastructure, and increase awareness of Structural Intelligence as a distinct and increasingly important category of enterprise software.
“Structure diagrams, transaction timelines, and steps planning are no longer check-box activities,” said Tim Follett, Founder and CEO of StructureFlow. “As fund managers, investment teams, and other deal professionals establish funds and vehicles, evaluate investments, and execute transactions with increasing speed, they confront challenges that create administrative burden, operational friction, delays, and unforeseen deal outcomes. Neal brings decades of experience helping firms gain an operational edge through technology — and a track record of scaling commercial organizations globally.”
The appointment marks an important next phase in StructureFlow’s growth. The company has built a strong foundation serving law firms internationally. It has developed organic traction with private equity funds and hedge funds — often through referrals from those law firm customers. While continuing to scale its presence at law firms, StructureFlow is now accelerating that move into the alternatives market. The solution was forged in some of the world’s most demanding legal environments and now will be brought directly to the fund managers and deal professionals at the center of complex, global transactions — organizations where structural complexity is often at its most acute.
“I joined StructureFlow because I believe the company is uniquely positioned to define the Structural Intelligence category and give firms the visual workspace they need to make sense of growing volumes of data, entities, and relationships,” said Chatrath. “As deal volumes continue to rise and firms look for their operational edge, structural complexity is the next big challenge to contend with. StructureFlow makes it possible for private equity firms, hedge funds, investment banks, and other such firms to execute complex transactions and structures with the same precision, polish, and speed as Am Law 100 firms.”
Chatrath brings more than two decades of experience scaling businesses across the alternative investments, capital markets, and financial technology sectors. He joins StructureFlow from Concertiv, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer and led the company’s global go-to-market strategy across its market data and travel platform. During his tenure, he rebuilt the go-to-market function, strengthened market awareness, and drove new-logo growth through direct sales and partnerships.
Previously, Chatrath served as Head of Sales for North America at Xceptor, where he led regional growth for the private equity-backed data automation company across hedge funds, asset managers, and financial institutions. He also spent nearly nine years at FIS, most recently as Head of North America Hedge Fund Sales. Earlier in his career, Chatrath held positions at MUFG, MSCI, King Street Capital Management, and Citi.
StructureFlow Establishes New Category for Mapping and Modeling Complex Structures
Private capital firms increasingly work across complex networks of funds, investment vehicles, portfolio companies, counterparties, and legal entities. At the same time, the proliferation of data and artificial intelligence tools is producing more information for firms to interpret — often through fragmented or predominantly text-based outputs.
StructureFlow is creating a new category: Structural Intelligence. The StructureFlow product is a data-driven visual workspace for mapping and modeling complex structures — entities, domiciles, jurisdictions, relationships, and transactions — and empowering professionals to make decisions and move projects forward. By turning structural information into clear, collaborative, data-connected views, the platform helps investment, legal, finance, operations, and advisory teams work together more effectively, identify important relationships, and communicate complexity with greater clarity.
“StructureFlow’s product has already been adopted by and optimized for many of the world’s heavy-hitting, deal-focused firms. The company has continued to innovate the solution and has codified AI use cases that drive meaningful efficiencies,” Chatrath added. “My priority is to build on that foundation, establish StructureFlow as the category leader in Structural Intelligence, and ensure that its potential is fully realized across private capital and the broader alternatives market.”
