• Massive Efficiency Gains: Among the experts using AI, 78% report a positive impact on their productivity, with 47% noting a slight increase and 31% experiencing a significant boost.

• High Awareness of Risks: Accuracy remains a focal point; 81% of respondents express concern over AI “hallucinations” or inaccuracies. However, a proactive majority (57%) report having strict processes in place to mitigate these risks, while 24% view them as a major ongoing concern.

• Strong Confidence in the Future: On a scale of 1 to 10, experts expressed a median confidence score of 7.1 that AI will play an increasing role in expert witness work moving forward.
